Meet Information



        Meet Registration/ Entry Information:

          -Meet entries must be submitted through NCRunners online registration. The entry deadline is 8pm, Sunday, April 26, 2026. You can edit your entries up until the deadline. There will be NO substitutions OR additions accepted past the deadline. Please check your entries to make sure they are correct before the deadline.  

            -Each school may enter up to 3 athletes per event. Please make sure your Hand Times are rounded up to the next tenth of a second.  FAT (Fully Automatic Times) should be submitted to the  hundredth of a second.  Your athletes best performance in their events SHOULD already be in the MileSplit database and will pop up when you try to enter them into an event.  

              -In order to be eligible to compete in the EPC Championship meet, the athlete must have competed in at least 2 conference meets AND competed in 1 individual event during a conference meet in the regular season.

              Meet Schedule:
              1:30pm- Coaches Meeting

              2:00pm- Field Events               

              2:50pm- 3200m Relay (Timed Finals)

              3:15- Finals (Rolling Schedule)         

              Other Information: 

              -Admission will be $10.00 for all spectators.

              -No outside food/ coolers  will be allowed in the stadium.  All coolers must enter the stadium with teams.

              -There will be concessions available for purchase.

              -There will be a hospitality room for coaches.
