This meet is only for schools in the Cabarrus County School District.
Meet Details (April 23rd):
Team Arrival: 3:00 PM
Coaches Meeting: 3:30 PM
Field Events: 4:00 PM start
Running Events: 4:30 PM start
Team Entry Fee $100 total for the boys and girls team together
The Team entry fee would assist with all meet operational costs.

To allow the meeting to run as smoothly as possible, please adhere to the following
- PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE A NO BAG POLICY. PLEASE INFORM YOU, PARENTS.
- Team Entrance opens at 3:00 pm. Spectator Entrance Opens at 3:45.
- Make sure athletes get their spike check upon arrival (Spike check at gate entrance), 1/4 inch spikes only
- Coaches Meeting at 3:30 pm. Coaches' boxes are located beyond each field event. NO COACHES should be outside of the boxes, or your athletes will be disqualified.
- No Electronics/Technology in the competition area! Athletes will be disqualified. Any coach not assigned to a field event, please make sure all athletes remain outside of the football field until their event is called for check-in and assist at other field events so we can get home at a decent hour.
- The meet will start with Field Events at 4:00 pm and Running Events at 4:30 pm.
- 4 Attempts for field events, except pole vault and high jump, 3 attempts, no finals
- Your team must remain out of the infield until they are marshalled, or we will need to disqualify athletes. The warm-up area is behind the visitor bleachers. Athletes need to report to check in race-ready. Please help us enforce this rule. Students should also be reminded that pacing is not allowed in ANY event.
- Check-in for all running events will take place at the White Robinson tent behind the visitor bleachers. Only athletes in distance runs and relay anchors will get hip numbers. Only athletes in events called will have access to the track. All others should remain in the stands or warm-up area. NO FOOD or drinks other than water can be on the track.
- Reminder: 3 athletes only in all events. All entries are to be posted in MileSplit by 7 pm Wednesday, April 22nd. No additions or only scratches will take place at the meet.

Event Coverage (Coach Support Needed) To ensure the meet runs smoothly, we are asking each school to provide coverage for the following field events:
Girls LJ and TJ Pit: West Cabarrus, Cox Mill
Boys LJ and TJ Pit: AL Brown, Central
Field Judge: Robinson
Pole Vault: Northwest and West Cabarrus
High Jump: Concord
Shot Put: Robinson, Mount Pleasant
Discus: Hickory Ridge, Concord
Relay Exchange Zones: Robinson, Carolina International
Starter: Robinson
Running Judge: Robinson
- I will send out heat sheets late Wednesday or early Thursday morning. Please share with athletes. Please be sure all your athletes know their heat and lane number! This will speed up the hip number disbursement before each run.
- Please be sure all athletes are in school-issued uniforms that are in line with the national federation rules.
- Parking: This is different, so please read. You will turn into Jay M Robinson at the entrance closet to the baseball field and drop your athletes off in front of the ticket booth. Loop around and park in the back of the lot closest to the baseball Field. PLEASE ask questions if my directions are unclear. Please tell all your families to park in the parking lot closest to the stadium.
- The concession stand will be available.
