First Race Track Event: 1:15PM- 4x800 Relay
Timer: Pierre Timing
Clerks: Coach Kim: (CATA), Coach Morton (West Stanley)
Starter: Coach Feaster (Forest Hills)
Shot Put: Coach Allen (Anson). (2 Coaches Needed)
Long Jump/Triple Jump: Coach Cole (Anson), Coach Jackson(West Stanley), Forest Hills (2 Coaches Needed).
High Jump: Coach Harris (Parkwood) Parkwood Coaching Staff (2-3 Coaches Needed).
Hurdle Crew: Coach Engelhard (Monroe). Anson Boys Track Team volunteers.
Exchange Zones: Coach Morton( West Stanley) Coach Neel/Laney (Mount Pleasant)
Bus Parking: AD's will receive email from Anson AD on parking prior to meet.
Concessions will be open.
Per 25-26 RRC Indoor Track and Field Regulations:
Conference Championship Meet: 4 events only per athlete
Field Events
1. Four Throws- no finals
2. Four Jumps -no finals
3. Maximum - 3 Entries for each event per school
Track
1. Maximum- 3 Entries for each event per school
2. Heats - Slow to Fast
** Athletes who have not run an event will be entered with no time and will run in the slowest heat**
