ABSS MS-HMS/BVMS/TMS/WAMS/HAWB) 2026

I just wanted to share some logistics ahead of race time. Coach Knox will be managing the race and using his electronic timing system to help us with hosting this large number of runners that will be participating. Entries are open through midnight on Saturday since we all just raced last night. The entries that are submitted will be the only entries in the races. We will not be adding athletes at the race to any events. Athletes will need to get a hip number before EACH RACE near the timing tent during their events' 1st and 2nd call.

We will plan to have a Coaches' meeting at 4:30pm at the start line, and field events and the first race will begin at 4:45pm. If anything happens to delay your team's arrival, please text or call me at 919-454-6735. Please have your teams sit on the visitor side bleachers of the stadium so that we can have plenty of room for spectators at the finish line on the home side. Admission will be $6 for adults, $3 for children, and we will have concessions for sale on the home side of the field. Finally, to help Coach Knox, we will assign the following responsibilities for our coaches so that we can keep the races moving swiftly and efficiently during the evening: 

-Meet Manager: JJ Knox 

-Backup Timer: BVMS (Coach Standfield)

-Finish Line/Starter: HMS

-Long Jump: HMS and Grace Christian

-Shot Put: Hawbridge/BVMS

-Exchange Zones: 

     1/Breakline-WAMS

     2-TMS

     3-Hawbridge
