Let's open the spring track season with a RAMPAGE! Saturday, March 14th. Newly resurfaced track. Fully Automatic Timing + Medals!
The first 10 teams to register are welcome to attend The 2026 ENC Spring Rampage, hosted by Havelock High School. Meet location: 101 Webb Blvd, Havelock, NC, 28532.
Team entry fee is $35 (and covers boys and girls team entry). Entry fee for individual athletes is $8. Team payment is due on meet day via check. Checks should be made out to "Havelock High School".
Spectator tickets are $8 via cash or GoFan.

Meet Day Schedule:
- Gates open at 7:00AM.
- Coaches Meeting at 8:30AM near the finish line
- Field events begin at 8:40AM
- National Anthem at 9:00AM
- 4x800M Relay at 9:01AM (track events continue on a rolling schedule)
- 100/110M Hurdles
- 100M Dash
- 4x200M Relay
- 1600M Run
- 4x100M Relay
- 400M Dash
- 300M Hurdles
- 800M Run
- 200M Dash
- 3200M Run
- 4x400M Relay
Field events: High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus

Heats will be seeded slowest to fastest.
Awards (medals) for the top 3 individuals (per individual event) and 1st place relay teams. Awards will be presented in the designated awards area once online results are completed (allow 15-20 min after each event).
Results will be viewable on Milesplit Live during the meet and posted to NC Milesplit following completion of the meet.
Unattached athletes are welcome. Unattached athletes must be pre-registered in Milesplit (no meet day registration) and must purchase an $8 spectator ticket on meet day to cover race entry fee. Please contact the meet POC in advance to verify entry.
