Online Registration Instructions
This is an invite-only meet.
Meet Info-
High School Athletes- 4 entries per event per team
- Middle School athletes- 6 athlete entries per event per team.
Max 2 relays per school.
Field events will be scored best of 4 attempts. No finals.
No pole vault
Girls starting HJ starting height- 4ft Boys- 5' 2"
For this meet to go by smoothly, we will ask for a minimum of 3 volunteers per team- each team will be sent an email ahead of time and assigned a field event to run.
Payment Info-
Entry fee is $200 total
- 5 or more athletes constitute a team.
Make checks payable to - The O'Neal School
- May send a check ahead of time or bring it in hand to meet.
Schedule of events-
7:30 AM Track opens
7:45 AM Implement weigh-ins
Field events beginning at 8:30 AM- Boys Shot, Girls Disc, Boys Long, Girls Triple, Girls High Jump
Field events beginning 11:00 AM - Girls Shot, Boys Disc, Girls Long, Boys Triple, Boys High Jump
Rolling schedule begins at 9:30 AM
