Meet Information
Thank you for signing up. General rules and guidelines: Nobody is allowed to warm up on the field. No spikes are allowed on the field. Shot put is located behind home bleachers and behind the left field fence of the softball field. Long/Triple Jump are located behind the baseball field on the opposite side of the football field. High Jump is located in the West end zone. Bathrooms will be open at the concession stand on the West end of the stadium complex. Checking in for hip numbers will be in front of the concession stand. Athletes must check in with hip numbers at least by the event previous to the one they are competing in. Anchors are the only relay participants who need a number.

Profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct during or at a track or field event is not permitted. If you would like, you can discuss the incident with the athlete's coach before scratching them from the meet, or scratch them, it is up to you as a coach.
Roles for each coach will be given out the closer it gets to meet day. We will start field events at 1:15 and have the 4x800 relay begin at 1:30 to give field events some time to at least check in and get one attempt before the track events begin.
