West Caldwell High School - 300 West Caldwell Dr., Lenoir, NC 28645
Entry Fee - $100 per gender or $180 for both. There will be a $20 entry fee per individual if not coming with a full team. Make checks out to West Caldwell High School, Attn: Coach Dana Smith.
F.A.T. TIMING
Hospitality will be provided for the meet workers and coaches. (Tickets will be provided at the coach's meeting.)
COACHES MEETING @ 9:00 am (4x800 and field events will begin at 9:30 am. There will be a 30-minute break once the 4x800 is completed to allow field events to continue and hurdle setup.) During this break, we will recognize WCHS seniors.

Field Events
- Women's Pole Vault and Discus (3 throws/top 9 to finals for 3 more throws), followed by Men
- Men's High Jump, and Shot Put (3 throws/top 9 to finals for 3 more throws), followed by Women
- Long Jump and Triple Jump will have an open pit (3 jumps/no finals) for one hour beginning at 9:30 am.
