Meet Information
Thank you all for registering for our 3rd conference meet! I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things after the holiday break!
General Rules and Guidelines: We will be starting with field event check-ins at 3:45pm and running events at 4:00pm. All events will be rolling once the 4:00pm window hits. Make sure your athletes know to check out of their field event with the person in charge before leaving for their running event.
Bathrooms will be open by the concession stands at the front of the track. We will not have the concession stand up and running for the meet, so we do recommend bringing snacks for the athletes if you would like. Entry into the meet will be $5 per spectator and free for all athletes and coaches.
Profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct during or at a track or field event is not permitted. If you would like, you can discuss the incident with the athlete's coach before scratching them from the meet, or scratch them, it is up to you as a coach.
