Parking

TEAM PARKING - On the backside of the track behind the score board. Take Angel Cove Rd to the top of the hill and turn right.

SPECTATOR PARKING - There will be limited parking available adjacent to the track on a first come/first serve basis. When those lots are full, parking will be available on the back side of Macon Middle School

Admission

Admission will be $5. The spectator entrance is adjacent to the bleachers. NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE COMPETITON AREA. All spectators must remain outside of the fence.

Athlete Check-in

All running event competitors must check in at the clerks tent in time to get your hip number and be at the start line in time for your heat. We will not hold a heat to wait on you. Field event athletes will check in at their event. The 10-minute check-in /check-out rule will be in effect. Tell your athletes to check out with the field event judge and return within fifteen (15) minutes maximum. (Five minutes prior to the heat of their event, 10 minutes following the conclusion of their heat.) If an athlete is in a field event and gets a first call for a running event, they should check out of their field event and check-in at the Clerks Table to receive their hip number and then return to the field event. Athletes may go out of turn if necessary. It is the responsibility of the coach and the athlete to report to the starting line on time for their running event and return to their field event on time.

Team Tents

All team tents must be set up in the wooded area behind the pole vault runway. We have picnic tables and a Pavilion in this area with ample shade.

Athlete Warm-up Area

There is an athletic field next to the outdoor basketball court. This area may be used for warm-ups and team tent set-up. There will be no warm-ups permitted on the infield as Macon Middle is laying grass seed in November and we have been asked to stay off the grass as best as possible. The infield must remain clear at all times, except for those athletes competing in field events.
