Meet Information
Thank you for coming to the Rocky River Polar Bear #1
No athletes allowed in the infield, Back half of the 50 yard line,unless they are warming up for a race or doing a cool down after the race. Rocky will provide hurdle crews. Coaches are needed to help with field events and zones for the relay.
NO Vertical Jumps
All jumps will be open pit. Coaches meeting at 3:20 pm at the center field. If you have any question, please contact me at : Jayy1.pierre@cms.k12.nc.us
There will be a $25 charge for each team.

FIELD EVENTS - 3:30 PM
(3 jumps and throw NO Finals)
Shot Put (Girls First then Boys)
Long Jump- Boys First, then Girls
Triple Jump- After completion of Long Jump (Boys First, then Girls)
Running Events start at 4 pm ( Rolling schedule) (Girls followed by Boys)
4 x 800 Relay 4:00 pm
55m Hurdles (BRING BLOCKS, IF YOU HAVE)
55-meter dash (BRING BLOCKS, IF YOU HAVE)
4 x 200 relay
1600-meter run
300-meter dash
