Meet Information
Welcome to the 2025 Coastal Conference Cross Country Championship! The event will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025 at the Havelock Recreation Center.
Address: 1 Recreation Drive, Havelock, NC 28532
Registration closes on October 12th at 11:00PM.
Parking fee: $10 per vehicle
Championship Schedule:
3:30 PM: Coaches Meeting (at the finish line tent)
4:00 PM: Boys Championship Race (limit 10 runners per team)
4:35 PM: Girls Championship Race (limit 10 runners per team)
5:10 PM: Boys and Girls JV Race(s) (run concurrently)
5:50 PM: Awards Presentation (at covered picnic area near the finish line)
The Top 20 finishers in each of the Championship races will receive medals. Top 10 will be recognized as "All-Conference" and places 11-20 will be recognized as "Honorable Mention All-Conference".
The Boys/Girls Conference Team Champions will receive recognition.
Top 10 Boys/Girls in the JV Race(s) will receive "Havelock Rec Center" ribbons.
Participating Teams: Croatan HS, Dixon HS, Havelock HS, Northside HS, Richlands HS, Swansboro HS, West Carteret HS.

Athletes should use restrooms located at the eastern and western ball fields. Spectators and coaches may use the restrooms in the main recreation center building.
No dogs are allowed on the property (...sorry).
