Boys 2 Mile Heat 1( top 15 from your team ) 4:30
Girls 2 Mile Heat 1 ( top 15 from your team ) 4:40
Boys 2 Mile Heat 2 (unlimited from your team not in the top 15) 5:00
Girls 2 Mile Heat 2(unlimited from your team not in the top 15) 5:10
Backup race site will be at the Troutman ESC Park

THINGS NOT ALLOWED AT CHAMPIONSHIP MEETS
ANYTHING THAT WIULD AID THE RUNNER
1. WATCHES WITH GPS OR PACING CAPABILITIES
2. WATER SADDLES WORN OR WATER CARRIED ON THE COURSE
