Meet Information
Coaches, we will keep this meet simple. I don't think a coaches meeting will be necessary. Everyone who signed up are pretty much experts at this venue. There are 1 or 2 points that should mentioned, however.
- I'm not sure we will have parking attendants, but if you bring a bus, please park in the area normally reserved for buses.
- There will be police officers directing traffic at the entrance.
- The park is always open so get there when you feel like it.
- We will have packets at the timing tent - bibs and pins only. There will be no shoe tags or bib chips but we are still offering live results via Milesplit Live.
- The plan is to start each race on time to make sure we move the meet along.
- If you have extra coaches or volunteers that could help kids move through the chute, that would be helpful.
- Port-a-potties have been ordered and will be available.
- If you need an invoice, download it here: b_regional_invoice_2025-10-21.pdf. You may bring your checks with you and turn them in at the timing tent (unless you have mailed already).
