Meet Information
This is a reminder email was to all coaches regarding inputting runners into MileSplit. Please make sure all runners are entered into MileSplit by 10/07/25 at 5pm. Any runners not registered by then will be at risk of not participating in the XC meet.
We set this deadline to ensure we remain on track and can operate a smooth transition for our XC meets. When schools arrive without having their student-athletes registered, it causes setbacks-meets start late, runners miss warm-up opportunities, and important pre-meet instructions are missed.
Additionally, we are asking for support from all coaches at each school to assist with XC meet logistics. Responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring landmarks (soccer field, start/finish line, etc.)
- Helping direct runners along the course from point to point
- Ensuring smooth transitions throughout the race
Your cooperation will go a long way in helping our XC meets run more efficiently and smoothly. Thank you in advance for your assistance and teamwork.
