We're excited for the 2026 edition of one of the largest and most competitive meets in North Carolina!
8:30-9:00 AM- Weigh-in for throws & PV
We will operate on a ROLLING schedule but this ESTIMATED schedule should be pretty close to accurate. Again, this is an ESTIMATION. We will run the meet as quickly as we can on a ROLLING schedule.

3:43 PM- Elite Girls 3200m

4:07 PM- Remaining Heats Girls 3200m (Faster heat to slower)
4:36 PM- Remaining Heats Boys 3200m (Faster heats to slower)

Girls first in: HJ, PV, TJ & Discus.
Boys first in SP & LJ.
There is a limit of 3 athletes per open event except 3200m & 1 relay team per event for each school but there are a few other limitations in some events:
Charlotte Running Company 3200m- Teams can have unlimited entries in this event but only the Top 100 entries per gender will be accepted. These must be from performances verifiable on MileSplit or athletic.net from the past 365 days. Meet management reserves the right to add athletes whose 1600 times are in the top 25 who have not run 3200 in the past year. We ask that coaches not enter girls who will be over 16:30 and boys over 14:30.
1600m- Top 88 entries per gender will be accepted from verifiable performances from the past 365 days.
SMR & 4x100- Schools may enter TWO relay teams for these relays.
Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump & Triple Jump- Top 40 entries per gender will be accepted from verifiable performances from the past 365 days.
Opening Height for High Jump- Girls 4'6", Boys 5'6". Opening Height for Pole Vault- Girls 8'0", Boys 10'0". Please use discretion in entering athletes in HJ & PV that have a good chance of making opening height.
T-Shirts will be for sale & we will have food trucks on site. We will serve coaches lunch from Jersey Mike's.
Admission for spectators is $8.
Entries will be done on athletic.net & the deadline is Tuesday, March 24 at 11:00 PM. On March 25, a list will be sent listing those who made the cut for events we have limitations for.
Team entry fee is $220 (or $110 for girls/$110 for boys). Checks should be made out to: WHS ABC. Teams with less than 10 athletes per gender can pay $10/athlete & $25/relay team. We do not accept unattached athletes.
