This year's Beach Blast is bigger and better than ever - now with a stadium finish under the lights at Ashley High School! With a flat, fast course through Veteran's Park and a high-energy final 200m on the track, this is one of the most electric cross country nights in the Carolinas.

* Unlimited entries per team, Top 7 Score
6:00 PM - High School JV Boys 5K
* Unlimited entries per team, Top 7 Score
6:30 PM - College Men's 5K
* UNCW Hosts
7:00 PM - College Women's 5K
* UNCW Hosts
7:30 PM - Varsity Girls 5K
* 7 entries max per team. Open to NCISAA + NCHSAA 1A-4A classifications
*5A-8A schools may enter a "B" team if they have a team in Championship Race
8:00 PM - Varsity Boys 5K
* 7 entries max per team. Open to NCISAA + NCHSAA 1A-4A classifications
*5A-8A schools may enter a "B" team if they have a team in Championship Race
8:30 PM - High School Championship Girls 5K
* 7 entries max per school - for most competitive teams
* Awards for Top Team
9:00 PM - High School Championship Boys 5K
* 7 entries max per school - for most competitive teams

Boys Team Only: $125
Girls Team Only: $125
Both Boys & Girls Teams: $250
Individuals: $25
*A Team is your entire team no matter which races they participate. For example, you may only have a Girls Team, and there are girls running in JV, Varsity, and Championship. You would only pay $125 for the entire team.
