Meet Information

Eno River Academy MS invitational. 

Schedule: 

Coaches' Meeting - 4:20 PM
Course Walkthrough - Immediately following the coaches' meeting
Girls' Race - Begins after the walkthrough  (approximately 4:40PM)
Boys' Race - Begins at the conclusion of the girls' race

Parking

Please try not to arrive prior to 3:45pm to avoid traffic issues with school dismissal.

Registration info

Be sure to register your entire team, even if some athletes will not compete that day. We are using XCMeet for timing, and it is much easier to have extra bibs on hand than to make last-minute changes.

Timing

We'll be using XC Meets for timing. Each bib will have your runner's name and a QR code on the tear-off tab. After finishing, runners must stay in order while our staff scans the QR code and collects the tab.

If a runner gets out of order before being scanned, their time and place will be recorded incorrectly. Please make sure your runners understand this. I will also go over it again at the meet.

Course

Below is a map of our course. The walkthrough will cover the start area and continue up to the trail entrance. This is the same point where runners will both enter and exit the trail.
The course is 1.7 Miles 2.76Km
