Meet Information:
- Please ensure all athlete entries are submitted by Tuesday at 7:00 AM.
Arrival time is no earlier than 3:45 PM. This helps ensure our dismissal buses can leave smoothly.
The coaches' meeting will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask at least one coach from each team to attend.
Event Start Time:
Field events will begin immediately following the coaches' meeting at 4:15 PM. Running events will start at 5:15.
Parking:
Buses can park in the lot above the track, overlooking the competition area. Please do not arrive before 3:45 PM to allow our buses to leave.
Facilities:
Concessions will be available up the hill near the parking lot.
A porta potty will be conveniently located near the high jump area.
Spectator Information:
Admission for spectators is $5. Please remind parents and guests to use the designated entrance. This fee directly supports our track program.
Spectators must remain outside the track area. A bleacher is located up the hill from the throwing area to watch throws, and a bleacher is located by the concession stand to watch high and long jump.
Athlete Expectations:
Athletes must stay in their designated team area unless actively warming up or competing. After competing, athletes should promptly return to their team area.
The infield is strictly reserved for coaches and athletes warming up or actively competing. Please ensure athletes are aware they cannot gather or cheer from inside the track.
