                                                            REGISTRATION (Bylaw) INFORMATION:

Entries: Events are limited to 3 entries per event- Top three 

Relays: 1 relay team per school, per event.

There are NO substitutions in individual events.

Maximum of 4 events per athlete.

Spike checks at check-in 1/4 pyramid.

SCHEDULE

8:00 am - Gates Open. For Teams Only!!! Spectators will NOT be allowed to enter the stadium at this time, ALL Managers and Coaches must be submitted by Monday, April 28, 2025 to gain entrance at this time. 

8:45 am - Weigh-ins and implement inspections will be located by the Field house near throw area

9:00 am - Gates open to Spectators/ Gate Fee: $5 CARD ONLY!! NO cash please!!

9:15 am - Officials Meeting- located at the timing Tent at the finish line. 

9:15 am - Coaches Scratch Meeting near- Scratch meeting (Only scratches, NO SUBSTITUTIONS, will be made at the coaches meeting), implement inspect

9:30am - Pits open for warm-ups.

10:10 am- National Anthem

Girl's 100m Hurdles (Prelims) Top (2 ) finishers in each heat, then next (2) fastest times advance to finals

AWARD PRESENTATION

                                                         ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 Each school will be designated an event to work. NO NOISE MAKERS OF ANY SORT, Teams that use them during that event will result in DQ'd for that event.

  1. There are no team tents near the finish line. Tents can be set up on the bleachers on the opposite side of the finish line. 
  2. You can unload student-athletes near the main entrance and then park the bus in the designated bus parking lot. 
  3. No spectators on the infield. No electronics on the infield. Only athletes running in an upcoming event should be on the infield. We will be giving out wristbands to all athletes.
  4. We will be disqualifying teams and individuals for foul language and unsportsmanlike behavior.
  5. Medals, including relays, will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event. 
  6. Team trophies will be awarded to the highest-scoring boys' and girls' teams. 
  7. The MVP trophy will be awarded to the boy and girl with the most points from the meet. If the athlete is in a relay, they get a 1/4  of the points earned from their event. 
  8. Blocks are limited at Reid Ross; feel free to bring your own if desired.
  9. Bring your throwing implements
  10. PLEASE bring extra tape measurers. 
  11. You will be able to see results and scores live online.
