Championship Season is here. Independence High School will be the host

for the 2025 Southwestern 4A Conference Championship, and entries will close on April 29th @ 9:00pm .

Wednesday April 30, 2025, All of the field events and the 4x800 meter relay.  There will be a coaches meeting at 4:00, and at that time we will be taking scratches, (No late entries or substitutions).  Implement weigh-in will take place at 4:20, and start time will be 4:00.

Thursday May 1, 2025, all remaining running events FAT Live Timing Results.  Start time will be 4:00.

Scoring: Meet will score top 7 places (10,8,6,4,3,2,1)

Meet Schedule: 

Pole Vault (Only) will compete Tuesday April 29th  @ Providence High School Girls Pole Vault (followed by boys)

Wednesday April 30th at Independence High School - 4x800 Relay (girls followed by boys) Boys Long Jump (followed by girls) Girls Triple Jump (followed by boys) Girls Shot Put (followed by Boys) Boys Discus (followed by girls)

Order of events: 100H, 110H,100, 4x200, 1600, 4x100, 400, 300H, 800, 200, 3200, 4x400

Coaches and athletes are expected to show good sportsmanship, and adhere to all of the NCHSAA Track rules and regulations.
