Online Registration Instructions
MEET INFORMATION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 8:00 PM on Monday, April 28th - no exceptions.
Meet Format: This is a two-day meet:
- Monday, April 29th - Field Events only (excluding Triple Jump)
- Tuesday, April 30th - Running Events + Triple Jump
Start Time: Events begin at 4:00 PM each day.
Coaches' Meeting: Held daily at 3:40 PM at the registration/check-in tent.
Bus Parking: Please park buses in the upper lot behind the right-field baseball fence.
Admission: Spectator entry is $5 per person.
Spike Check: All spikes will be inspected - only 1/4-inch pyramid spikes are allowed (no needle or tree spikes).
Entry Limits:
- 3 athletes per event
- 1 relay team per school per event Coaching Duties: If you have a preference for working a specific event, please contact Coach Raza-Spearman via email.
Awards: Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each event.

- Girls Discus Throw, Boys Discus Throw
- Pole Vault (Girls Opening Height starting at 5-6 / Boys Opening Height at 6-0 )

- Boys Long Jump then Girls Long Jump

- 4:00 - 4:20 - High Hurdle Prelims
- 4:20 - 4:40 - 100m Prelims
- 4:40pm - 4x800m Relay (boys & girls separate)
- 5:10pm - 100/110m High Hurdles Finals
- 5:25pm - 100m Dash Finals
- 5:35pm - 4x200m Relay
- 5:55pm - 1600m Run (boys & girls separate)
- 6:10pm - 4x100m Relay
- 6:25pm - 400m Dash
- 6:40pm - 300m Intermediate Hurdles
- 7:00pm - 800m Run (Separate)
- 7:15pm - 200m Dash
- 7:25pm - 3200m Run (Separate)
- 7:50pm - 4x400m Relay
NOTE: Head Coaches will meet directly after the meet is finished to vote on Athletes of the Meet and Coaches of the Year.
