Meet Information
MEET INFORMATION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 10:00 PM on Monday, April 28th - no exceptions.
Meet Format: This is a two-day meet:
- Tuesday, April 29th - Field Events only (excluding Triple Jump)
- Wednesday, April 30th - Running Events + Triple Jump
Start Time: Events begin at 4:00 PM each day.
Coaches' Meeting: Held daily at 3:30 PM at the registration/check-in tent.
Bus Parking: Please park buses in the upper lot behind the right-field baseball fence.
Admission: Spectator entry is $5 per person.
Spike Check: All spikes will be inspected - only 1/4-inch pyramid spikes are allowed (no needle or tree spikes).
Entry Limits:
- 3 athletes per event
- 1 relay team per school per event Coaching Duties: If you have a preference for working a specific event, please contact Coach Raza-Spearman via email as soon as possible.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each event.

3:00 PM - Implement Check & Weigh-In Opens @ Field House (Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus)
3:30 PM - Coaches Meeting @ Finish Line
3:45 PM - First Call: Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus, Pole Vault, Girls High Jump, and Boys Long Jump
4:00 PM - Field Events Begin:
Boys' Shot Put followed by Girls' Shot
Girls' Discus / Boys' Discus
Pole Vault (Starting Height: 5-6)
Girls' High Jump (Starting Height: 4-0) followed by Boys' High Jump (Starting Height: 5-0)
Boys' Long Jump followed by Boys' Long Jump (3 jumps, no finals)
Day 2, Wednesday, April 30, 2025
3:40 PM - Coaches Meeting @ Finish Line
3:45 PM - First Call: Girls 100mH Hurdles; Girls Triple Jump
4:00 PM - Start of 100mH Hurdle Prelims and Girls Triple Jump
4:20 PM - 100m Dash Prelims
4:40 PM - 4x800m Relay (Ran Separately)
5:10 PM - 100/110mH Hurdle Finals
5:25 PM - 100m Dash Finals
5:35 PM - 4x200m Relay
5:55 PM - 1600m Run (Ran Separately)
6:10 PM - 4x100m Relay
6:25 PM - 400m Dash
6:40 PM - 300mI Hurdles
7:00 PM - 800m Run (Ran Separately)
7:15 PM - 200m Dash
7:25 PM - 3200m Run (Ran Separately)
7:50 PM - 4x400m Relay
8:00 PM - Coaches Meeting @ Registration/Check-In Tent
