• This meet will be held at Palisades High School at 15221 York Road, Charlotte, NC 29273.
• Eligibility: Open to invited schools.
• Entry Fee: $50.00/School
• School checks and cashier's checks/money orders should be made out to:
• Entries will be accepted until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025
• Coaches' Hospitality: Palisades will provide light refreshments for coaches.

Athlete check in will be under the tent at center field  once athletes check in, they will not be allowed to leave center field; otherwise they will be scratched.

Athlete warm ups will take place on the track (before the start of the meet) and in the back half of the infield (near high jump).  Athletes will not be allowed on the front half of the infield unless they are checking in.  Failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification.  Palisades will provide hurdle crews. Coaches are needed to help with field events and zones for relays, as mentioned above (event sign up here).
