NOTE that we plan to start the track events with the 100m and 110m Hurdles at 3:45 followed by a combined B&G 4x800 relay at 4:00 PM.
Coaches meeting at 3:15
We will go ahead with the track meet although there is some rain in the forecast. Be aware that some events may be impacted by the weather and may be delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions (such as field events and all hurdle races). We will make decisions for those events at the coaches meeting based on meet day weather and the safety of running them.

Bus Parking
Buses - Please enter off Springside Road by the tennis courts. Use Hendersonville Road to get onto Springside Road as traffic on Overlook Road will be delayed.
DO NOT try to enter from Long Shoals Road or Overlook Road due to construction and traffic concerns.
Be sure to follow these directions for buses entering the
school campus via Springside Road by the tennis courts.
Once on campus, park on the right along the sidewalk above
the track/football stadium.
School is out at 3 PM, so we suggest arriving by 2:45 PM to park your bus.
FAT will be used, Timing by Blue Ridge Classic Timing
There will be an entry fee of $8 for spectators.
Coaches meeting at 3:15 PM in the press box. Field Events will start at 3:30 PM & Track Events at 3:45 PM with the 100/110 hurdles followed by combined 4 x 800m relays at 4:00 PM.
Depending on numbers, we may combine some of the distance events.
Field Events
Order of field events will be as follows:
All field events will be 3 attempts, no finals
Shot Put (men then women)
Discus (women then men)
Long Jump & Triple Jump Open Pit until 5:30 PM
High Jump (Men, then women)
Pole Vault (Women, then men; or run together)
Concessions will be available.
