Two notes:
Be sure to follow the directions below in regard to buses entering the school campus via Springside Road by the tennis courts.
We still plan to go on with the track meet even though the weather forecast is for rain showers all afternoon. However, we will not run the 100m Hurdles and 110m Hurdles. If you have entries in these events, feel free to move them to the 100m to still give them an opportunity to compete.
****We currently need a coach from one or two of the attending schools to officiate and run the Discus Throw.****
Please have entries completed by Wednesday April 9 at 7 pm.

Bus Parking
Buses - Please enter off Springside Road by the tennis courts. Use Hendersonville Road to get onto Springside Road as traffic on Overlook Road will be delayed.
DO NOT try to enter from Long Shoals Road or Overlook Road due to construction and traffic concerns.
Park on the right along the sidewalk above the track/football stadium.
School is out at 3 PM, so I suggest arriving by 2:45 PM to park your bus.
Entries are limited to 2 athletes per event (from each school) 2 in Field Events
One team only for relays.
FAT will be used, Timing by Blue Ridge Classic Timing
There will be an entry fee of $5 for spectators.
Coaches meeting at 3:25 PM. Field Events will start at 3:30 PM & Track Events at 3:45 PM with the Girls 4 x 800m. Depending on numbers, we may combine some of the distance events.
Field Events
Order of field events will be as follows:
All field events will be 3 attempts, no finals
Shot Put (men then women)
Discus (women then men)
Long Jump Open Pit until 5:30 PM
High Jump (Men, then women)
Pole Vault (Women, then men; or run together)
Concessions will be available.
