Spectator Information

  • Admission: $7 (ages 6 and up) Please use this link to purchase tickets in advance: Tickets

Schedule of Events

  • Gates Open: 3:00 PM for  teams and 3:45 PM for spectators

  • Coaches Meeting: 3:45 PM at Finish Line Area

  • Athlete Check-In Opens: 3:00 PM

Field Events & Prelims: Begin promptly at 4:00 PM

  • Field events include standard jumps and throws.

  • Track events at 4:00 PM:

    • 4x800m Relay (Final)

    • 100m Dash (Prelims)

    • 110/100 Hurdles (Finals)

Rolling Finals Schedule: Resumes at 6:00 PM

Team Information

  • Entry Fee: $100 per team

  • Registration: Limited to first 15 teams

  • Registration Deadline: Monday 3/31 at 11:00pm

  • Registration Platform: MileSplit

Facility Information

  • Spike Check: 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only; NO needle-nose spikes

  • Concessions: Available throughout the event

  • Tents: Allowed ONLY on away side bleachers

  • Restrooms: Available on-site

  • Parking: Busses will be directed to park near softball and baseball fields. 

  • Warm-Up Areas: Designated areas will be provided and clearly marked; please restrict warm-ups to these locations only.

  • Facility Rules: Absolutely no tape or chalk markings on the track surface or runways; half-tennis balls will be provided.

Coach and Athlete Information

  • Event Check-In: Athletes must check in individually for each event at the check-in tent, located near the 200m start line.

  • Coach Hospitality: Hospitality room available for coaches; location details provided at coaches meeting.

Awards

  • Awards: Presented to the top 3 finishers in each event

  • Award Presentation: Immediately following the conclusion of each event

Safety and Medical

  • Medical Staff: Trainers and medical personnel available on-site

  • Emergency Procedures: Coaches briefed during pre-meet meeting
