Online Registration Instructions
FROZEN FALCON MEET
As tradition, we will be running the 4x400m relay as the first event. All events will be women then men.
Order of events:
4x400m relay
4x800m relay
4x200m relay
1600m run
500m dash
1000m run
300m dash
3200m run
Field events will begin at 4:00 p.m. The 4x400 meter relay will begin at 4:30 p.m. then we will follow a rolling schedule listed above after that.
All field events will be 3 attempts, no finals
Shot Put (Men, then women)
Pole Vault (Running women and men together)
High Jump (Women, then men)
Women opening height: 3' 8"
Men opening height: 4' 8"
Long jump (Men, then women)
Triple Jump (Women, then men)
Awards:
Trophies for 1st & 2nd Place Teams
Medals for 1st Place individuals
Ribbons for 2nd & 3rd place overall individuals
Please note there is a $100 entry fee per school (boys & girls teams - $50 if just bringing a team of one gender - please contact Coach Saft if you want to bring an individual - coachsaft@gmail.com) to help cover Awards, FAT timing by Fleet Express, official, & starter. Please make out & mail checks ahead of the meet to:

We'll have limited concessions available.
Spectators will be charged $6 at the gates.
Buses - Please park in the Senior Lot, which is the 1st left when driving up the main entry road. Thank you!
Entries will close on 12/17 at 10:00 p.m. After this date, only scratches can be made. No additions
