Meet Information
3 athletes per team per event. 1 relay per team.
Running Events will be held at Polk County High School, beginning at 3:15 with the 4x800m.
A Co-Ed 400m will be run, following the Men's 500m, for any needing qualification times for National's.
The remaining running events will be run in normal order.
At the conclusion of the 4x400m, we will begin Field Events at Tryon International Equestrian Center.
