Please note the change of schedule due absorbing races to accommodate the 3A West Region.
The 3A Midwest regional will be held at Salisbury Community Park in Salisbury, NC.
- Spectators: $10 per car for Parking
- Pre-sale Admission to 3A Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship
- We will also be accepting cash at the entrance
Reporting deadline: Tuesday 22 October 9:00 pm
- Entries are completed through MileSplit
- As this is a championship meet, only seven(7) athletes can be entered on each boys and girls teams.
Schedule
8:30 -- Park opens to busses & spectators
- Will be directed by volunteers
- Busses will park closest to the course and team camp areas.
- Spectators will park at the softball parking lots.
8:30 - 9:30 -- Packet Pick up (at the wooden park sign as you exit bus parking and enter the grass team camp area)
9:30 -- Coaches Meeting (MANDATORY) Both regions in one meeting

- May start early if everyone it present
- Will not start late
10:00 -- Midwest Boys' Race (@ line by 9:50)
10:30 - West Boys' (@ line by 10:20)
11:00 -- Midwest Girls' Race (@ line by 10:50)
11:30 -- West Girls' Race (@ line by 11:20)

NCHSAA State Meet Qualification:
Top twenty-five percent (25%) of teams, or top four teams, whichever is greater, in each classification from each regional will advance to the state meet.
Top seven (7) individuals, not on a qualifying team, will also advance to the state meet.
Note: Number of qualifying TEAMS from each regional will be determined by the number of teams that toe the line (5 or more runners makes a team).
- 27 teams competing in regional meet x .25 = 6.75 = 7 teams advancing to state meet
- 25 teams competing in regional meet x .25 = 6.25 = 6 teams advancing to state meet
