Spartan Relays

April 24, 2025

Mount Tabor High School

The meet will be held in a quick format beginning at 4:45 pm and ending by 9pm. Music will be played between and during the races to keep it fun! All participating teams need to plan on assisting in one field event. The meet will run in the format below. Once entries close I will update a time schedule if needed.

Please use reasonable seeds for all relays and what you think athletes can handle! Nothing wrong with running faster than what you enter or doing well in just one or two events. For relays, if you are not sure of their ability level yet, please enter them with a NT. We will score 8 places (10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1).

Meet Information:

Entry Fee: There is no fee for this event

Entries: Entries will be done online at NCRunners.com & close at 9pm on April 22nd. Please pay careful attention to entry restrictions for each event. All field events will require a verified entry or NM.

NO changes can be made at the meet.

Parking:

Gates open @ 3:30 pm. Buses will park @ Northwest Baptist Church across the street and walk in the back gate by visitor stands. Spectator parking will be in any of the other marked Mount Tabor lots. Entrance #3 is closest to the track for your spectators who are coming.  Entrance #4 is handicapped and emergency vehicle access only.

Tents: Any and all tents must be in the upper half of the stands if you are seated on the home side. This is to allow for quality viewing for fans in the lower sections along the home stretch.

Concessions: Will be for sale throughout the meet. Coolers will not be allowed through any gate except the athlete entrance.

Admission Charge: There will be a $8 admission charge for all spectators

(If they do not ride with the bus, expect them to pay for entrance if they are not in uniform)

Meet Program:
