OUTSTANDING LATE-SEASON OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL WNC RUNNERS TO GET A MILE PR!
Open to all HS age boys and girls regardless of PR. We will run multiple sections, alternating girls and boys and culminating in the fastest sections. All schools are welcome to enter the Mountain Mile, and there is no limit on how many runners you can enter. If you have athletes who have not run a 1600/mile this season, please make a good faith estimate of seed time so we can have them in the appropriate section.
NOTE: Times from one-mile races are automatically converted to 1600 by Milesplit for regional entry.
This event will be run at the conclusion of the Enka Invitational at Enka High on April 25. Teams wanting to register for the full Enka Invitational should go through the Milesplit page for that meet to request an invite. The 3200 in that meet will be run in the normal place of the 1600, and all 1600/mile entries will be included in the Mountain Mile.
