Bus Parking:

Buses are to park in the lot closest to the baseball field. This is the lot closest to the entrance.

Spectators/Ticketing:

All tickets must be purchased through Hometown Ticketing (www.spicket.events/robinson).  Tickets will be sold at the gate.

Team Packet Pickup:

Teams will enter the gate next to the tennis court to get their team. Please have all athletes have any spikes they plan on competing in hand. They will go to the check-in area to check their spikes and get competition wristbands. Athletes can only enter warmup areas or track once spikes are checked.

Spikes

Pyramid spikes at most (1/4 inch) must be worn on the track for all events, excluding the javelin and high jump. Athletes whose spikes are found to be too long will not be permitted to compete using those spikes.

Safety:

No headphones, cellphones, or radios will be permitted inside the competition areas to conduct a safe and quality meet for all participants. These devices can present a safety risk for competitors because several events compete simultaneously in the venue. Please inform your athletes that they can only use these items outside the competition areas.

Miscellaneous:

*Tents may only be placed on the top 6 rows of the bleachers on the visitor's side. Tents may also go around the stadium in grass areas, not blocking walkways.

*All spectators should enter through the main gate (Ticket Booth).

* Atrium Health Care System will provide certified athletic trainers onsite during the competition. Schools not traveling with a trainer should send supplies, such as tape and pre-wrap, as we will have limited quantities of those supplies.

*All injuries or medical emergencies should be reported to the athletic trainer. The trainer will either be in the training room at the field house or the medical tent.

*Coaches and athletes are not allowed under the timing tent.

*Shot Put and Discus are behind the away side bleachers and concourse on the grass practice field.

*All jumps are located between 100m and 200m start.

*All field event athletes should check in at their event site 10 minutes before the start of their competition.

*No athletes should be in the infield.

*Check-in will be located next to away stands between the warmup/throws area and track entrance.

*Athletes should know the order of events and not depend solely on calls before check-in.
