Order of Events & Time Schedule
We will try to mimic the state meet schedule.
Ticket information for parents and fans
Hometown Ticket Information
Gates Opens at 8:00 AM for teams and 8:30 AM for spectators.
Coaches Meeting: 9:30 AM on the infield behind the timing tent.
Field Events: Event areas will open at 9:30 AM, 1 hour before the start time.

**Implement weigh-in and pole inspection will start at 9 AM and close at 9:30 AM.
**3 jumps & 3 throws, top 9 will go to finals for 3 additional attempts
The track closes at 9:45 am for morning events.
**Implement weigh-in and pole inspection will start at 8:30 AM and close at 9:30 AM in the shed outside the fence close to the 100m mark.
*Once weigh-in has occurred, all implements will remain with staff until throwing events have begun, and they will be brought out to throwing areas for warm-ups.
*All Implements will remain at the event until its full conclusion after finals. (for example, Men's discus, Women's shot put, etc.)

AWARDS:
The top three individuals and relays from each event will receive medals from the NCHSAA to be presented at midfield.
The top two teams will receive trophies from the NCHSAA.
The top four finishers are all qualifiers for the State Championship.
Miscellaneous:
*Entries are due Saturday May 4th at 9pm. There will be no substitutions or late entries, only scratches at the meet.
*Preliminary entries will be sent out on Sunday, May 5th.
*Late entries are due by Monday, May 6th, at 3 pm, and the late entry form is due by Rhonda Dreibelbis.
**Late entries are for emergencies, and athletes have just cleared medically.Not for manipulating the entry system.
*ALL BUSES must park in the big lot next to the tennis courts.
*All other vehicles must be parked in the parking lot across from the stadium.
*Coaches and athletes must use the main gate entrance; NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER OR PARK THROUGH THE GATES BY THE FOOTBALL FIELD.No other entrances will be open for athletes and coaches.
*Tents may only be placed on the visitor's side bleachers.
*All spectators should enter through the main gate on the stadium's home side.*All injuries or medical emergencies should be reported to the athletic trainer, who will be at the medical tent.
*Coaches and athletes are not allowed under the timing tent.
*Coaches are not allowed near the start and finish lines or the field event venues unless they assist.
*No headphones, cell phones, or other electronic devices are allowed in warm-up or competition areas.This means no electronics inside the fences of the track and football field.
*Any protests should be filed with the appropriate referee (running or field) or the meet referee.
*Protests will be judged by the games committee, consisting of the conference championship meet directors and the meet referee.
*The protest period will be within 30 minutes after posting results.
*ALL ATHLETES MUST CONFORM TO THE NCHSAA UNIFORM RULES.
*Shot Put and Discus are behind the visitor's side bleachers and concourse on the grass practice field.
**No spectators are permitted on the grass of the throwing field. They can view the shot from behind or the discus through the fence inside the stadium.
*All field event athletes should check in at their event site no later than 10 minutes before the start of their competition.
*No athletes should be in the infield unless they are competing; this can result in disqualification.
*Check-in will be located Under the infield tent.
*Hip numbers will be worn on the left hip for lane races. All other races will wear numbers on the left hip and left chest.
*Athletes should know the order of events and not depend solely on calls before check-in.
*Please be ready to help in a field event & relay exchange.
