Please arrive before 2:50 or after 3:15pm to avoid traffic, if you must arrive in that time frame please go around through the middle school back entrance between the softball and baseball fields.

All buses should be parked against the baseball right field fence.

3:50pm - Chad Pearson 3200m Run

4:20pm   100/110m High Hurdles

4:40pm    4x100m

4:55pm   4x400m

5:20pm   4x200m

5:35pm   Distance Medley Relay 1200, 400, 800, 1600

6:10pm   Throwers 4x100m (members MUST have a Mark in a throwing event)

6:30pm   Sprint Medley Relay 100, 100, 200, 400

6:45pm    4x800m

All field events will be contested with an expanded 5 entry cap for Shot / discus

Open-pit for LJ from 3:50 - 5:00pm / TJ from 5:00 - 5:45pm

There will be a Coach's Meeting at 3:40 at the Starting Line.  Please park buses in the upper lot behind the right-field baseball fence.  ALL Spikes will be inspected and can only be 1/4 inch pyramids (no needles or trees).  Long Jump will be open pit from 4pm until 5pm.  TJ open pit will start at 5pm.  We will do Girls discus and Boys Shot first and then switch.  Only 4 athletes per event and 1 relay team.  Discus and Shot will be opened up to 4 athletes so you can help field your throwers 4x100.  If you have a preference on what event your will be working,  please email Coach Key.
