Gates Open: 3:00 PM

Entry Fee: $50 per gender team.

Race day payments will be accepted in the form of cash, school checks, or personal checks.

Your team will be pulled from the meet if payment is not made. 

Coaches Meeting: 3:30 PM at the flag pole by the finish line.

Track Closes at 3:55 PM 

Spike Check will end at 4:00 PM. 

Field events: Start at 3:45 PM

Miscellaneous:
*Entries are due Tuesday March 26th, 7:00 pm. No substitutions or late entries will be allowed, only scratches.
*ALL tickets must be purchased through the Hometown Tix website or app under Jay M. Robinson High School. Tickets will be sold at the gate. 
*ALL BUSES must park in the back of the lot closest to the middle entrance.
*All other vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot by the stadium in front of the school. The outer grass area will serve as overflow parking for all personal vehicles. 
*Coaches and athletes must use the gate entrance behind homestands as you walk past the spectator's entrance. 
*Tents may only be placed on the top 6 rows of the bleachers on the visitor's side. Tents may also go around the stadium in grass areas, not blocking walkways.
*All spectators should enter through the main gate(Ticket Booth).* Atrium Health Care System will provide certified athletic trainers onsite during the competition. Schools not traveling with a trainer should send supplies, such as tape and pre-wrap, as we will have limited quantities of those supplies.
*All injuries or medical emergencies should be reported to the athletic trainer. The trainer will either be in the training room at the field house or the medical tent.
*Coaches and athletes are not allowed under the timing tent for any reason.
*No headphones, cell phones, or other electronic devices are allowed in warmup or competition areas.
*Shot Put and Discus are behind the away side bleachers and concourse on the grass practice field.
*All jumps are located between 100m and 200m start.
*All field event athletes should check in at their event site no later than 10 minutes before the start of their competition.
*No athletes should be in the infield.
*Check-in will be located next to away stands between the warmup/throws area and track entrance.
*Hip numbers will be worn on the left hip for lane races. All other races will wear numbers on the left hip and left chest.
*Athletes should know the order of events and not depend solely on calls before check-in.
*Please be ready to help in a field event & relay exchanges.
