• This meet will be held at Palisades High School at 15221 York Road, Charlotte, NC 29273.
• Eligibility: Open to all high school teams.
• Entry Fee: $50.00/School (Cash or Check accepted)
• School checks and cashier's checks/money orders should be made out to:  
• Entries will be accepted until MIDNIGHT, Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 

No athletes are allowed in the infield unless they are warming up or cooling down before/after their race.  Palisades will provide hurdle crew. Coaches are needed to help with field events and zones for relays.   Please sign up to work an event using this link: PHS PB #1 The coaches' meeting will start at 3:30 pm in center field.   If you have any questions, please contact Coach Brewton (tatyanad.brewton@cms.k12.nc.us) or Coach Carpenter (roryr.carpenter@cms.k12.nc.us). 

Coaches Hospitality: Palisades will provide coaches with lunch and a drink.

Athlete check-in will be under the tent at the center field once athletes check-in, they will not be allowed to leave the center field; otherwise, they will be scratched.

• Shot put (4 Throws) Girls followed by boys
• Long Jump (4 Jumps) Girls followed by boys
• High Jump (4 Jumps/height) Boys  followed by girls 
• Triple Jump (4 Jumps) Girls followed by boys
•  4 Attempts for ALL field events - NO FINALS.
• Only 3 Athletes/Team MAX in ALL field events.
