Meet Information
Coaches, We will make teams of 2 runners, each team will run 4 miles. Runner A runs 1 mile tags runner B they run a mile and tags runner A for 2nd 1 mile and so on. You will each be responsible for your own team's splits. We will try to time all relay teams but please help with this part it does get a little crazy. When registering I am not worried about you registering individual runners please just register your team. You can manage who you pair together or if you make subs. If you have individuals, not on a team they can run the opening leg and we will have a finish line for them. If you have runners who are only ready for 1 mile they can run with the opening leg also.
