Hello Coaches! 

  It is that time already. Championship Season is here. Entries will open for the Southwestern 4A conference meet April 17th. Thank you for entrusting Garinger to Host Conference Championship.

YES, we are a six lane track, but track is in excellent shape, and very fast. 

Please NOTE: On Day 1, (May 2nd) the 4x8 Relay; Boys and Girls and ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL BE AT

PROVIDENCE HIGH SCHOOL! 

Day 2- (May 3rd) ALL other Running Events will be at Garinger High School. 

Both Meet Days will begin promptly at 3:45

Coaches Meetings for both Meet Days will be 3:30

Stratches must be notified during Coaches Meeting or Prior to. 

 Gerrod Rivers with Butler Timing will be timing the 4x8, and running events. 

As we all know. Each school will only be permitted three entries per event. 

One Relay team per 400M,800M, 1600M, and 3200M Relays. 

Athlete max of four. 

 Anything athlete participating in more than four events, including those combined of running/field events will result in disqualification for that athlete, including on relays per NCHSAA rules. 

  Also, during your relays, we ask that you INCLUDE relay names of those participating, as well as alternates. 

Before we begin the 400M Dash, we ask that you would be kind enough to allow 10 minutes for us to honor Garinger's Senior Class of Track and Field Athletes. We have about 10 Seniors we will show recognition too. 

Coach Touranjoe, and myself (Eric Summerour) will be the meet directors and point of Contact for any issues, contest, rulings for Day 1. 

I will be the sole Meet Director for Day 2. 

We will have pizza and Gatorade and in the field house for Coaches Only on Day 2.
