- This meet will be held at Palisades High School at 15221 York Road, Charlotte, NC 29273.
- Eligibility: Open to all high school teams.
- Entry Fee: $40.00/School

- Entries will be accepted until 10:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28th, 2023
No athletes allowed in the infield unless they are warming up or cooling down before/after their race. Palisades will provide hurdle crews. Coaches are needed to help with field events and zones for relays. The coaches' meeting will start at 3:30 pm in the center field. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Simmons (jonathanj.simmons), Coach Brewton (tatyanad.brewton), or Coach Carpenter (roryr.carpenter).
Coaches Hospitality: Palisades will provide coaches with lunch and a drink.
Athlete check in will be under the tent at center field once athletes check in, they will not be allowed to leave center field; otherwise they will be scratched.
