Team tents are allowed as long as it does not block the walkway , if you use them in bleachers only at the top , spectators are able to see.
Please remind your team and visitors not to stand on railing or set up chairs in walkways.
Runners will enter track at the end of bleachers only at starting line
Check in will be at the end of bleachers under a white tent ,
MEET SCHEDULE
Arrival a 9:00 am
Spectators may start to enter at 10:00
Track opens for warm up 9:30-10:15
After 10:15 runners may use the practice field behind scoreboard
Concessions will be available
Buses should enter from Hickory house Road parking in bus lot
Spectators should enter from Firetower entrance and follow signs to parking
