Meet Itinerary:
Girls Followed by Boys for all running events.
Running Events: We will begin the meet as close as possible to 4:15
4:15 pm 4 x 800 Relay (Rolling Schedule after 4x800)
100H Hurdles
110H Hurdles
100 Meter Dash
4x200 Meter Relay
1600 Meter Run
4 x 100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
300 Meter Hurdles
800 Meter Run
200 Meter Dash
3200 Meter Run
4 x400 Meter Relay
Field Events:
4:15 pm Girl's High Jump followed by Boy's High Jump
4:15 pm Boy's Long Jump Followed by Girl's Long Jump, Followed by Boy's Triple Jump then Girl's Triple Jump
(Coach running the jump events can decide to run open pit if easier)
4:15pm Girl's Shot Put Followed by Boy's Shot Put
4:15 pm Boy's Discus Followed by Girl's Discus
All Coaches who come to the meet will be asked to work events including assisting with relay exchange zones & field events. We have the six lane timer so the biggest need will be time keepers. Thank you in advance for your help in running this meet!
