Meet Information
Dear Coaches,
Thank you for entering the WMS Home Meet @ Western Carolina University. You may edit your entry at any time until the deadline.
Please note a few items that are specific to this meet. First, the registration window on Milesplit will be open for entering athletes from Monday, March 20 - Saturday, April 1. Registration will close at 11 PM on April 1. Second, athletes are allowed to participate in a maximum of 3 events total. This includes combined field/running events, as well as relays. Please do not register an athlete for more than 3 total events. Third, teams are allowed to enter 3 athletes per event to represent their school. No more than 3 athletes per school are allowed in an event. Fourth, we will not be running an exhibition 800 meters at the beginning of the meet. We have a lot of schools attending, and are trying to manage entries, the race schedule, and meet logistics at WCU efficiently.
Vienna Lopresti (our other head coach here at Waynesville Middle School) will be sending out an in-depth email the week of March 27-31 that has all pertinent logistical information regarding meet times, parking information, etc. Until then, please feel free to email me at (wyates@haywood.k12.nc.us) with any questions!
