Meet Information
Coaches,
Please read all of the information on this page carefully.
Arrival
Please arrive at the track no later than 3:15 if possible. The coaches meeting will start @ 3:45 near the finish line. We will pass out packets and see if we can get some of the pits going as early as possible.
Bibs
We will use race bibs on the chest that will be handed out at the Check-In tent. We will also use hip numbers for sprints and hurdles. Please ask your athletes to turn in their pins at the check-in tent.
Timing/Results
We will use FAT timing. Live results will show on the meet page. Look at the top right of the page for the Live Results button. Please share with your parents and families.
Limitations for Entries
We would like to limit our numbers for the meet and therefore ask that you limit your entries (per school) to the following:
- Relays - A & B teams only
- Discus/Shot - 4 boys and 4 girls - 3 throws
- LJ, HJ, TJ - 4 boys and 4 girls per jump event
- 100, 200, 400 - 4 runners per school per event for each gender
- 800, 1600, 3200 - 7 runners per school per event for each gender
- Hurdles - 4 runners per school per event for each gender
