4:00 pm CAP-6 Championship Boys (10 runners)
4:30 pm CAP-6 Championship Girls (10 runners)
5:00 pm CAP-6 JV Boys (15 runners) *not scored
5:30 pm CAP-6 JV Girls (15 runners) *not scored
6:00 pm Championship Awards (1 Team, top 20 Ind., Coaches)
*** Teams should report to start 10 Minutes before start time***
Entries:
You may enter and race a maximum of 25 boys and 25 girls (10 varsity, 15 JV). NO ADDITIONS OR CHANGES WILL BE MADE DAY OF MEET!
Timers/Results will stop recording at 30 minutes. Please make note of this when deciding on entries. This allows us to start the next scheduled race on time.
ENTRIES DUE: Monday October 17th by 11:59 PM
Entries will be completed through NCRUNNERS (ncmilesplit.com) and the entry page has been linked to your team or can be found here:
RACE BIBS: We will use the weekday racing bibs from the regular season. Please make sure all entered athletes are registered and has a bib number for the meet.
Course: All races will be held on the 5k course at Wake Med Park.
