Meet Information
Coaches Meeting at 3:45 pm.
Field Events stat at 4:00 pm.
Running Events Start at 4:15 pm.
The long jump , triple jump, and high jump will be 3 jumps; no finals.
Shot and Discus will be 3 throws; no finals.
Coaches are asked to help with timing the running events as well working field events.
Lane events and field events limit is 4.
We will be using bib numbers NOT heat sheet. Make sure all athletes are in milesplit. I will run updated bib sheet on Thursday morning.
Fasted athlete will run in the first heats.
Please have your teams set up by the finish line. We do not have a PA system.
Email will be sent later this week with assignments for each teams coaching staff.
