Willow Spring High School Quad Meet

Facilities: Willow Spring High School's track is an all-weather surface with 8 lanes. Our Shot Put and Discus circles are concrete.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be in using the MileSplit online entry system no later than 11:00 pm, Wednesday April 20, 2022.
Entry Limitations: 4 entries per athlete for field events and running events below 800, 800 and above can have 5 entries.
Other information: All races will be run as a timed final and the order will be fastest to slowest. We will be using hand time. Results will be posted to the MileSplit site following the meet.

Field access: Athlete access to the field is strictly limited to those who are preparing for an event, or athletes who have just completed in an event and are exiting the field.
Warm Up Area: Your athletes will be allowed to warm up on the infield as long as they are not disruptive to any event in competition. We will close the track for warm up at 3:30 in order to start on time.
Clerking: Will take place near the start of the event. Athletes should be present to check in when their name is called. Field events will check in at the location of the field event.
Coaches: We will need help running the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Disc and Shot Put, please email Ana Bolchalk at abolchalk@wcpss.net to let me know which field event your school would like to volunteer to run. We do have some volunteers to help but not enough trained in each field event yet.
We will also need help during 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relay at each zone:
Cleveland - Zone 1/Corinth Holders - Zone 2/South Garner- Zone 3
Athletic Trainer Assistance
Willow Spring Athletic Trainers will be stationed in the middle of the field.
Schedule of Events: The field events will begin at 3:15pm with run throughs and running events will begin at 3:45 pm. This meet will run on a rolling schedule, please have your athletes ready to compete accordingly.
Parking and Admission: Buses and spectators will park in the parking lot in front of the stadium. Teams will be able to enter through the front gates and should set up on the visitors side of the stadium. Athletes will have access to the track on each side of the stadium. Jumping the fence around the track is not permitted and may result in a disqualification.
