Cape Fear Academy Spring "Mixer!"
We hope you'll us on the UNCW track Monday, April 25th, 2022 for one last Spring Fling!
For this meet we encourage all coaches and athletes to "Mix it up!" Distance athlete with speed? Try the 100m and/or 200m. Sprinter who wants to show off some endurance? Give the the 3200 a try. Curious about Throws & Jumps? Now's your chance to fling the Discus--and Jump into the pit!
And to stay with the "theme" all relays are Mixed too! (2 Girls/2 guys).
Open to all HS, MS & Club Teams + Individual Unattached Athletes
Field Events Start: 4:30pm (Girls: LJ, HJ, Shot Put Boys: Discus, PV, TJ)
Track Events Start: 4:35pm (4x800m Relay is 1st)
Coaches' Meeting/Scratch Meeting: 4:00pm next to the timing tent
All MS Relays are Mixed Team Relays (2-boys, 2-girls). If necessary these we'll combine these races with
HS Girls Relays.
We'll combine genders in the MS & HS 1600m & 3200m races, if possible.
