Meet Information
Coaches,
Please read all of the information on this page carefully.
Arrival
Please arrive at the track no later than 3:15 if possible. The coaches meeting will start @ 3:45 near the finish line. We will pass out packets and see if we can get some of the pits going as early as possible.
Bibs
We will use race bibs on the chest that will be handed out at the Check-In tent.
Timing
We will use FAT timing. We are new at it so bear with us. We will also have our other timing system just in case. All in all, it should be a smooth meet either way.
Limitations for Entries
We would like to limit our numbers for the meet and therefore ask that you limit your entries (per school) to the following:
- Relays - A & B teams only
- Discus/Shot - 4 boys and 4 girls - 3 throws
- LJ, HJ, TJ - 4 boys and 4 girls per jump event
- 100, 200, 400 - 4 runners per school per event for each gender
- 800, 1600, 3200 - 7 runners per school per event for each gender
- Hurdles - 4 runners per school per event for each gender
