- $50 Entry Fee Per Team. If bringing boys and girls teams then it is $80. Make checks out to West Carteret High School with Track entry fee on the memo line.
- All events relay scored
* Field and Hurdle events (2 athletes per team/per gender/per event) Add together to determine scoring
- Field events start 9 am
- Order of Field Events:
Shot Put (Girls followed by Boys)
Shot Put (Girls followed by Boys)
Discus (Boys followed by Girls)
High Jump (Girls followed by Boys)
Pole Vault (Boys followed by Girls)
Long Jump (Girls and Boys-2pits)
Triple Jump (Follows long in same pits)
Running Events 10 am Rolling Schedule.Girls followed by Boys:
- 4 x 1600 Relay
- Girls 100m High Hurdles
- Boys 110m High Hurdles
- 4 x 100m
- DMR- this order - 1200, 400, 800, 1600
- 4 x 200
- Mixed Medley- 2 girls, 2 boys, Order- 100, 300, 200, 400 (one girl must run 300 or 400)
- Sprint Medley - this order - 400, 200, 200, 800
- 300m Intermediate Hurdles
- 4 x 800
- Co-ed Throwers 4 x 100 (must have thrown in meet. this is a non scoring event)
- 4 x 400
